I would like to say thanks for all of the prayers.  From the craziness of India to the tranquility of life here in Israel, I have been overwhelmed by your love for me [portrayed through continual prayer].  It truly is one of the greatest acts of love, and I am humbled.

My current prayer request has been for my left hand...the one that fell asleep on the plane and hasn't quite woken up.  Mom has been a god-send, consulting professionals about stretches and various treatments to get my nerve unblocked. Today, headway was finally made, thanks to the shameful consumption of 9 Advil over the course of the day.  But, all of this pill-popping will be worth it if I can avoid the hassle of Israeli doctors/MRI's.  It's such a weird injury and I'm curious to someday know what the Lord is teaching me through this!

SURPRISE!  I've been meaning to tell you what shocked me most about coming here.  It's the moshav.  Check out their link...Moshav Yad Hashmonah.  When I arrived expecting something like a summer camp, the resort status of the moshav was a shocker.  Granted, we aren't staying in the nice rooms they have on their website, but it's been fun to watch the crowds of people that invade our home throughout the week.  Jewish people love a good party!  I have witnessed weddings, bar-mitvah's, and even an infant circumcision party!
